At Kavee USA, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items. Our goal is to make your exchange or refund process as seamless as possible so you can shop with confidence.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
